Wow, this was a tough call.  Muscle Gaining Secrets is every bit as good as our top choice.  The author, Jason Ferruggia, is a well-known muscle building author and has appeared in all of the top magazines. 

Muscle Gaining Secrets provides hardcore information and workouts.  We tried the 26 week Maximum Mass program and saw excellent results.  Beginners will want to start with the Beginner Blast Off (another 26 week program).  As we often workout in a home gym we really appreciated the inclusion of the Home Gym Warrior program.
